Qualifying homeowners receive a FREE energy review to identify improvements that are needed to make your home more energy efficient. Your energy expert will work with you to choose upgrades and ensure they are installed correctly. The cost of these upgrades will be shared by CenterPoint and the homeowner.

To get started, first check our pre-qualifications page. To qualify for this program, you must own and reside in a single-family home that has CenterPoint as its natural gas provider and meet certain income requirements.

Get your free energy review.
CenterPoint Energy and your weatherization expert will schedule your free energy review and provide recommendations for improvements.
This review may include:
- Detailed attic evaluation
- Carbon monoxide check
- Blower door testing
- Thermal imaging and infrared scanning
